PhD in Sciences from the University of Concepción. Currently he works as a professor in Professional Institute Virginio Gómez. His investigation focuses in the study of marine invasions’s ecology, with emphasis in the dynamics of macroalgae invasions and its associated impacts. His studies goes from native and exotic species interaction in a local level, to invasive patterns observed through the southeast Pacific coast.
