Assistant researcher of CONICET, she works at the Instituto de Investigaciones en Biodiversidad y Medioambiente (INIBIOMA, San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina). Her research field is ecology of plant invasion and disturbance invasion. Her current work centers in studiyng the mechanisms that favors the invasion of exotic plants species in native habitats of Patagonia, altered by natural or anthropic disturbance. Since 2014, she’s a member of the National Observatory of Land Degradation and Desertification, which priorizes the monitoring and prevention of desertification in diverse Argentinian ecosystems.
